Enjoyed a Month

Wow.. now, class almost finished. On the one hand I'm happy but on the other hand I'm afraid. I really enjoyed the class, and spent valuable time. This camp gave so many things to me. Although It was hard to wake up early in the morning, but once I came to school, tiredness flew away. One month ago, when I applied this camp, I think it will be a little boring, and just pay attetion to the teacher like Korean teaching style, but it was fresh class against my expectation. I'm not sure if I take the class like this camp. If I get a chance, I must take the class. Now I think I have more confidence in speaking the English. Thanks for SeoulTech, classmates, and teacher.

Two Faces of Biotech

I'd like to make special fruits tree. It has many types of fruits in the one tree. That tree bears fruits according to seasons. Just thinking about the tree makes me amazing. I really want to have that tree. Someday, it must be invented by scientists.

I desperately oppose about the changing animals. That's non-sense. They don't know importance of life, then actually they're afraid of getting hurt or dying. Because of their selfishness, so many animals are killed or get hurt even now.

Two Faces of the Dryness

I have no experience in natural disater. I like to watch documentary programs, so, I watched plenty of programs about disaters. More than all, I'm afraid of a drought. I saw that many Africans and animals died from drought. They can find the water, but it was small in quantity or has germs. It's unimaginable that live without the water. That's terrible.

I really hate Korean summer. It is hot and humid; thus, It makes me agressive and extremely sensitive. So, in summer, almost people act carefully each other, because of annoying whether. If they don't, they must fight.

If I Have

If I have 50.000.000.000.000. I'd like to establish an Car(automobile) Company. There are some rules in order to establish my own Car Company. First, the company exists only for ordinary people, not a rich people. For instance, my company has to make inexpensive cars, but they should be as safe as possible. Second, the company will never forgive about a corruption. For example, a person who give bribe to me or other office workers will dismiss without notice. Third, my company has to produce eco-friendly cars. That is all. Also, I'll donate the money left for who suffering from hunger and who can't get any medical care. If I do not use that ways in future, I think I'll throw way the money.

Expect the Winter Asian Games

2011 Asian Games' emblem

Winter Asian games are coming up soon! Aren't you happy? I really expect Korean teams' result of the game. It takes place at Jan. 30, 2011 in Almaty and Astana, in Kazakhstan, and it will lasted for 8 days. There are 11 events, and 45 countries from Asia are going to participate in this games.

This is a mascot of Winter Asian Games. 




The winner will be awarded these medals.



Speed Skating, Figure skating, Ice hockey, Cross-country skiing, Ski jumping, Biathlon, Alpine Skiing, Freestyle Skiing, Bandy, Ski orienteering, and Short track will be played in Asian game.

But, my prime concerns are Speed Skating, Figure skating, and Short track. Korea excels in some winter sports, such as Figure skating and Short track, but when it comes to overall competitiveness fails to match othrer nations. Nevertheless, the last Winter Asian Games, Korea placed third! I'm really proud of Korea.
This time, I hope Korea will place in second. It's hard to win against China. Anyway, you have to support Korea! I'll support Kim, Yeon-A. Who will you be supporting this game?

Like As Real

Even now, I live in comfortable world. However, I'd like to have an able to smell and taste machine. World invented 3D TV,  so we can see as if we are in there. But we can't smell or taste something. Thesedays, only watching with 3D TV is somewhat boring and ordinary, we have to invent that machine. If someone try to make this, electronic company will support you. It's non-essential product, but recently, trend is having a wonderful life.  If this product is invented, then it's for everyone not a select group. And nobody will not oppose. It'll be a little expensive, but someday, you feel necessity of it.

To Be an Adult?

In Korea, most people think an adult is who turned 20 years old. But I think, although they turn 20, they are not a real adult. In my opinion, a boy becomes adult when he discharge from the army. But, I don't know well about girl. Age have no connection with adult. Koreans don't have any events and usually don't bother. Adult is just adult. However, most Koreans over 20 live in parents' house. I don't like this. I want to go out, and I'd like to enjoy my own life. Of course, without parents' help.

Korean New Year's Day

I like all holidays, but my favorite holiday is Korean New Year's Day(New Year's Day in the lunar calender). There are three days. On the first day morning, my family goes to daddy's elder brother's home and perform ancestral rites for grandparents. Frankly speaking, there is no fun. But in the afternoon we goes to uncle's home. In there, I eat a lot of foods, uncle's wife's cooking is virtually artistic! She makes songpyeon(sweet rice cake), tteokguk(rice cake soup), sikhye(sweet rice drink). After eat, we have to make a deep bow to grandparents. When we finished the bow, they give us money(I don't know why they give money, but very happy!) ,and give words of blessing to us. On the second day, my family stay at home, because of traffic jam. And the last day, parents' friends come to my home and they drink all night, I'm very uncomfortable to be with them. Anyway, I love New Year's Day, I can meet many relatives. 

Recommendation About Restaurant

I sometimes eat out, I wanted to try various food. where I have been visited. Restaurant is sea

food buffet EBISHURA, this name came from fairy. That is located in Seoul Gangbuk-gu, take the subway

line number 4 to Suyu station, then take exit 1.

Look like a small, but really is not small. It does not show everything that a picture shows.

You can eat about 20 different rolls. I love fresh cream fruits rolls. It's tatste really amazing.

But I advise you to eat other foods first, when you eat roll first, you were full and you can't eat other foods.

 



You can order steak, salmon, and various seafoods. Then, the chef immeadiately grilling what you ordered.

There are snow crabs cut into easy to eat. Help yourself. No limit.

Not only this, all foods are no limit.

Finish with a dessert.

There are really many foods. I introduced part of it. You must go there, and feel the taste and relax.

The price depends on the day, on weekday lunch 24.000 but, some foods do not exist. On weekday dinner

and weekend lunch,dinner price is 34.000.

 



All of Beef Dishes

I love all of beef dishes. Among them, especially I like medium roasted Sirloin Steak. The recipe is easy. Once, cut beef  into 1cm thick and add salt to taste. The most important thing is grilling. Oil the pan and must grilled on high heat, 6 minutes, turning it once. And sauce is another important factor. If the sauce of the flavor is too strong, you can't feel beef's original flavor. So I recommend you, just putting some pepper the steak. And you have to eat vegetables with steak, beacause of nutritional balance.

You can easily make at home, try it. When we eat steak at family restaurant, it's too expensive, but if you eat home, you can eat two pieces of steak at the same price.

Foreign Foods Pass Through Me

I have gone a few foreign restaurants, but I ate a lot of foreign foods. Among them, I'll write most memorable foods or restaurants. When I went a Chinese restaurant, all food were served in large plate, and take as much as I can eat. It's very similar to Korean table manner. I like almost Chinese food. It usually cooked with oil, so some people feel greasy, but I like oily foods.

And  I have eaten two type of Fondue, the one is cheese fondue, I dept roasted beefs, vegetables, and breads in cheese, it was really fantastic! The more I chew, the more flavor(cheese's fragrance) I get. The other is chocolate fondue. oh...unutterable taste... I strongly recommend you to have chocolate fondue. I ate chocolate fondue with marshmallows, milk icecream, rice cakes, and fruits. You must eat Fondue regardless of type.

Though Stressful, But...

Last weekend, it was really stressful. I had to prepare presentaion and write a story in blog long. It's almost first time to write English writing, so very difficult and I didn't relax. But I can't experience this English class anywhere, it's very valuable. I'm eager for improving my English ability as soon as possible, beacause I hope to relax this weekend. Although my weekend was busy and not fun, but it was very very worthwhile really. Thanks to the teacher, giving a chance to write this kind of things.

Miracle of 13 Hours a Day

I'm a repeater(Who failed University entrance exam once). The year before last, I was bad at study, when I was a High School student I had stayed low rank. I was not interested in studying. So I gave up studying and started billiards, badminton, and computer game. In that year, I took the University entrance exam but the result was tragic. My score was terrible, my parents were disappointed. I was depressed that I saw mom's sorrow. Therefore, I decided to study one more year.

Now I'm going to start my story. Jan. 18, 2010. I began to study, and took a firm resolution for my parents.
The beginning was not so good. I had to get rid of a habit of past(oversleep, laziness..). As time goes on, My habit disappeared, I started to made a plan, so I became deligent. Although I become deligent and studied 13 hours a day everyday, I couldn't see grades improves. But this time I didn't give up. Sept. 02, 2010. I got  highest score in my life. I was mad, due to exam score for the first time. I got confidence. Finally Nov. 18. 2010. I succeeded! I passed SNUT!! Last one year I learned a lot of things. My efforts will never betray me.  I want to tell you a sentence. Don't Give Up!

Character Determined From Birth

I agree with in a degree. Because it almost right for me. I'm A type. In internet Generally A type people dislike fight, polite, meticulous, timid, keep others' promise, generous ...... and very much. It is right only for me. So actually it's not true,although it was made in japan through much research. If that is true people's character is decided from birth. But the character can be changed.

If blood type decide individuals character. I'd like to be a B type. B type is challenging, no grudge,and intimate. And I want AB type teacher because do not discriminate, patient, frank, and creative. So I like it.

The Relationship of Personality and Face Shape.

Is face shape affect the personality? In the textbook I found sentence right for me. "They can be calm and quiet, or they can be the opposite, too, because they like to get attention." It is coincincidence. It is only make sense in China. my High School friend YBG(his name initials) has wide jaw and narrow forehead but he doesn't have will, and I have never seen His success. And my Mom has same face shape with my friend but she doesn't like children. So I think most of text books article is just beliefs.

several reasons of person who smarter than others.(I think..)

Some people are very smarter than others. I think they had innate ability and studied harder than others.
They know a lot of things natural. So they can study easy, comfortable and fun. I guess they think study is a ordinary thing in life. However most people do not think so besides they hate study. and me too.
And I think right-handed or left-handed doesn't matter.
That is wrong idea. It just which hand to use is his or her mind.

Hi My name is Kim Kyeong Hwan
I'm from Nam Yang Ju Si in Kyeon-gi.

Last year I failed 2010 College Scholastic Ability Test. So I had to study one more year to enter the university.Therefore 2010 Is my terrible year at the same time my best year.

theseday I'm so happy because I'm going to enter the Automobile Engineering in SNUT. In the future i want to be a car designer but i'm poor at drawing so i will practice drawings very much.

After a month although this class will be over. I hope we'll keep intimating.
